Information Strategies ("Information Strategies," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at informationstrategies.net (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: this Site is a brochure. It has no contact form, no account system, no advertising pixels, and no analytics software. We do not track you here, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
1. Information we do not collect
The Site does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, conversion tags, session recording, fingerprinting, or third party tracking cookies. We do not set cookies for advertising or measurement purposes. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not use information from your visit to target advertising to you. The Site does not include a form of any kind, so there is no field on the Site through which you can submit personal information to us.
2. Information collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers create routine technical logs when a page is requested. Those logs may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page, and basic information about your browser and operating system. This information is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. It is retained by our hosting provider under that provider's standard retention practices and is not used by us to identify individual visitors or for marketing.
Your browser may cache Site files locally on your device. That is standard browser behavior and is under your control through your browser settings.
3. Information you send us by email
If you email us at the address published on the Site, we will receive whatever you choose to include: your name, your email address, your message, any attachments, and any signature block information. We use that information solely to read and respond to your message and, where relevant, to evaluate and pursue a potential or existing business relationship. We retain business correspondence for as long as it has a legitimate business or recordkeeping purpose.
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, by email to us.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across sites or over time, there is no tracking on the Site for those signals to disable. We do not respond to them differently for that reason.
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Our hosting provider and our email provider process information on our behalf in order to deliver the Site and to transmit and store our email. They are permitted to use that information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Information Strategies, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfer. If Information Strategies is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information in our possession may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our custody, including serving the Site over an encrypted connection and limiting access to our email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold about you, including the right to request access to it, correction of it, or deletion of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia, and individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have specific statutory rights of this kind.
Because the Site itself collects no personal information beyond routine server logs, the information we hold about a typical visitor is limited to email correspondence you have chosen to send us. To make a request about that correspondence, email us at the address below and describe what you are asking for. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, generally by corresponding with you at the email address in question, before acting on a request.

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that date reflects your acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where the law of another jurisdiction applies to you by its own terms.
